Founder & Head Sensei, Alberto Montes, is a dynamic UFC fighter with an exceptional professional record: a 90% win rate, with over 60% of his victories by submission or TKO.

He is the winner of Dana White’s Contender Series and holds a double black belt in Jiu-Jitsu and Taekwondo. With more than 10 years of coaching experience, Alberto is passionate about martial arts and deeply committed to helping his students achieve their goals.

Integrated Grappling

45 Minutes

A comprehensive grappling program that features key elements of Jiujitsu, Wrestling, and Judo, integrated to form a complete grappling system.

You will learn proper techniques for takedowns, take-down defense, sweeps, throws, weight distribution, footwork, transitions, escapes, submissions, and submissive defense, as well as grappling strategy and changing of techniques. Your instructor will also work with you to adapt our Integrated Grappling System to best suit your physical attributes, body mechanics, and grappling style to optimize your performance and maximize your effectiveness.

Integrated Striking

45 Minutes

A comprehensive striking program that features key elements of Muay Thai, Boxing, Taekwondo, and Kickboxing, integrated to form a complete striking system.

You will learn proper striking technique, defensive skill, body movement, footwork, and striking strategy. Your instructor will also work with you to adapt our integrated striking system to best suit your physical attributes, body mechanics, and striking style, to optimize your performance and maximize your effectiveness.

Boxing

45 Minutes

Boxing is a high-energy class that develops striking skills, footwork, and defensive technique while building endurance and strength.

Students will learn proper fundamentals through pad work, bag drills, and conditioning, improving coordination, confidence, and overall fitness in a supportive training environment.

Muay Thai

45 Minutes

Muay Thai, known as the “Art of Eight Limbs,” is a striking discipline that uses punches, kicks, knees, and elbows combined with clinch work for a powerful and effective style.

Classes focus on proper technique, conditioning, and strategy while improving strength, balance, and confidence in a challenging yet supportive environment.

No-Gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

45 Minutes

No-Gi Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a dynamic, submission-focused grappling style emphasizing speed, technique, and body control.

Classes focus on takedowns, positional dominance, and submissions using grips on the body rather than clothing, making it highly applicable for MMA and real-world self-defense. Suitable for all levels, this class builds strength, agility, and problem-solving under pressure.

Fight Camp

45 Minutes

Fight Camp is a conditioning-based class inspired by the intensity of a fighter’s training camp. Sessions blend striking drills, functional strength, and high-intensity cardio to build endurance, power, and resilience.

Designed for all levels, this class pushes you to train like a fighter while improving overall fitness and mental toughness.

Kids Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (10-14)

Our Kids BJJ program introduces young children to the fundamentals of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu through playful, structured training.

Classes focus on balance, body awareness, and grappling basics while promoting discipline, respect, and self-control. With an emphasis on safety and fun, kids gain confidence, learn problem-solving, and develop a strong foundation in both movement and mindset.

Teen Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (13-19)

Our Teens BJJ program helps youth develop a deeper understanding of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu through structured, age-appropriate training.

Students build technique, strength, and resilience while learning how to apply leverage, timing, and control in live grappling. Classes also reinforce discipline, respect, and goal-setting—helping teens gain confidence on and off the mats in a supportive, team-focused environment.

MMA Kids

Our Kids (4–9) program introduces young children to martial arts through fun, engaging activities that build coordination, focus, and confidence.

Classes teach basic techniques, teamwork, and respect in a safe, positive environment while helping kids develop healthy habits early on.

MMA Teens

MMA Teens (10-14) introduces young athletes to the fundamentals of mixed martial arts in a safe, structured, and supportive environment.

Students develop skills in striking, grappling, and conditioning while building discipline, confidence, and teamwork. This program is designed to help teens grow both athletically and personally, preparing them for advanced training or competition.
